Our Primary Purpose

The primary purpose at Rose Concepts is to support small and medium-sized business with marketing solutions that contribute to business growth and long-term and thriving relationships.  The second purpose is to work with and employ client-centric and talented humans to produce great results for our clients.  

We think life is too short to create poor solutions only to disappoint.  There are a lot of marketeers out there who will lead their clients to trendy, high-ticket marketing only to fall flat when it comes to delivering a return on investment, or hitting long-term goals.  We've made a commitment to being straight-shooters and "king-makers".  Our interest is in you meeting and exceeding our marketing goals.  So when it comes to feeling good about the contributions we put out in small business America, we stick to our first policy.  That policy is to put the client first, be truly solutions-oriented and only engage if we know we can make a positive difference in the realm of your marketing goals big or small. 

Our Ideal Client

One ideal client-type for us has a marketing department or a person dedicated to the marketing in the company, but needs support in execution, collaboration, and strategy. Our teams work with the people you have and collaborate on the goals and the best pathways to get there.  Every company has different goals.  We work with you to get optimal results. 
A secondary client-type we can support very well is a smaller company that essentially needs a marketing agency with an "on/off switch".  This means we work with you project-to-project as you need.  We still offer collaborative service, but with this scenario, we may direct the entire marketing strategy, or at points take the lead in campaigns on the clients behalf to maximize efficiency and best results.
​We are also creating referral partnerships with finer IT service companies, printing companies, and direct mail houses.  We have a strong sense of customer care, so in these partnerships, we are selective.
